Welcome to Roohi. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Roohi mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you in order to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
2. Your account
You register using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. The Service
Roohi is an AI companion application. Conversations, voice notes and calls are generated by artificial intelligence and are not provided by real people. The Service is offered for companionship and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it for emergencies.
4. Free use and paid features
Some features may be offered free of charge, for example a limited number of free messages. Other features, including additional message packs and calls, may require payment. Prices, limits and availability may change, and the price will be shown to you before you pay. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening or fraudulent;
- attempt to copy, reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- use automated tools to access the Service, or share your account with others;
- misuse the Service to harass others or to infringe anyone's rights.
6. Downloading the app
The Roohi app is distributed as an APK file directly from this website. You are responsible for choosing to allow installation from this source on your device. Only download the app from the official Roohi website.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design, text, images and software, is owned by or licensed to Roohi and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. All rights reserved.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that responses will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roohi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
